Documents related to the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam

According to Article 8 of the Circular No. 1/2021/TT-BNV of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam, the election team assigns members to receive the following types of documents from the commune-level People's Committee and the Election Board of the same level:

1. Receive the elector’s card according to the list of electors at the polling station and distribute them to electors before the election day in accordance with the law on election.

2. Receive a sufficient number of ballots according to the list of electors and the number of backup ballots. When receiving ballots, there must be a handover record between the giver and the receiver on the specific number of each type of ballot. The election team carefully checks the ballots cast on the number of delegates elected in the constituency, the list of the full names and the names of the candidates that match their polling area and must strictly manage the number of types of ballots.

3. The seal of the Election Team and the "Casted" seal.

4. Types of minutes and forms of the Election Team.

5. List of electors of the polling station.

6. List and brief biographies of the candidates for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels at the polling stations.

7. Rules of voting room, election rules, sample of opening speech, criteria for National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies.

8. Badges of members of the Election Team.

9. Stationery (pen, paper, scissors, ruler, glue, ink cartridge, seal, etc.)

10. Other election-related documents according to local guidelines.
