Recently, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Circular 11/2011/TT-BNV providing guidance on Decree 12/2011/ND-CP regarding organization and policies for the youth volunteers.
What documents are required for the application to dissolve a Youth Volunteer Organization? (Illustrative photo)
According to Circular 11/2011/TT-BNV, the application dossier for the dissolution of a Youth Volunteer Organization includes:
A document from the relevant Youth Union organization requesting approval from the competent state management authority regarding the dissolution of the Youth Volunteer Organization.
An approval document from the corresponding level Party Committee agreeing to the dissolution and activities of the Youth Volunteer Organization. For central-level organizations, this is the approval document from the Central Organization Committee of the Communist Party.
A dissolution plan for the Youth Volunteer Organization:
- The reasons for the dissolution of the Youth Volunteer Organization (for organizations dissolving under Clause 2, Article 6, the evidence must be provided to demonstrate that the objectives, tasks, and activities are no longer suitable for the socio-economic development requirements of the locality);
- Proposed solutions regarding personnel, organizational structure, staffing, finances, assets, land, and other related issues;
- Provisions on the responsibilities of organizations and individuals executing the dissolution plan and the timeframe for resolving related issues.
For the dissolution of a Center or a Social Labor Education School, in addition to the above contents, the dossier must also include written opinions from relevant specialized management agencies.
A document from the competent authority addressing violations by the Youth Volunteer Organization in cases specified in Clause 3, Article 6, of Circular 11/2011/TT-BNV.
