Documentation for Requesting the Issuance of a Land Valuation Certificate Consists of What?

The content is regulated by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Circular 61/2015/TT-BTNMT on the issuance and management of land appraisal certificates issued on December 15, 2015.

Circular 61/2015/TT-BTNMT stipulates that the application dossier for the issuance of the Land Valuation Certificate includes:

- An application for the issuance of the Land Valuation Certificate as per the form stipulated in Appendix No. 02 issued together with Circular 61;- Certificate of completion of the land valuation training course;- Undergraduate or postgraduate diploma in the major or specialization as stipulated in Decree No. 44/2014/ND-CP;- Identity card, Citizen ID card, or Passport (hereinafter referred to as identity documents) of the applicant for the Land Valuation Certificate.- Certification from the agency or organization where the applicant works regarding the working duration as per the form stipulated in Appendix No. 03 issued together with Circular 61;- Two (02) color photos sized 4x6 cm taken within six (06) months up to the date of application for the Land Valuation Certificate.
