- Chairman of the Council: Maximum not exceeding 500,000 VND per meeting.- Vice Chairman of the Council, secretary of the Council, and Council members (including experts or individuals with expertise in the field related to the innovation content): Maximum not exceeding 200,000 VND per person per meeting.- Other participants in the Council as decided by the head of the establishment considering the recognition of the innovation: Maximum not exceeding 100,000 VND per person per meeting.- Expenses for documents and office supplies for the Council meeting: Payment according to actual invoices incurred within the approved budget estimate.
