District meeting new rural standards must have 60% of high schools meeting national standards

This is a notable content regulated in Circular 35/2016/TT-BNNPTNT guiding the implementation of criteria for districts meeting the new rural standards for the period 2016-2020.

To be specific:, districts meet the criteria for healthcare – culture – education when they satisfy the following requirements:

- The district hospital meets the standards of a grade 3 hospital according to Circular 23/2005/TT-BYT.- The district health center meets national standards by ensuring requirements on facilities, equipment, and staff as guided by the Ministry of Health.- The District Cultural - Sports Center meets standards, has many effective cultural and sports activities connecting with communes, and complies with the requirements of Circular 01/2010/TT-BVHTTDL and Circular 11/2010/TT-BVHTTDL.- At least 60% of high schools in the district meet national standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
