Distinguishing Court Fees and Charges According to the Civil Procedure Code 2015

Court fees and court charges are two concepts that represent expenses related to the resolution of civil cases in the Court. However, depending on whether the nature of the case is determined to be a lawsuit or a civil matter, the plaintiff (or requester) will have to pay either court fees or court charges.
