This is the basic content stipulated in Circular 19/2018/TT-BQP issued on February 09, 2018. So how is this issue specifically regulated?
According to the provisions of Article 7 of Circular 19/2018/TT-BQP, the dismissal, relief from duty, demotion, and rotation of officers in the Military Execution sector are as follows:
* Dismissal
- The Heads and Deputy Heads of the execution agency shall be dismissed in one of the following cases:- Dismissed from the position of Executor;- Disciplinary violations not severe enough to warrant demotion;- Lack of quality, capability, or reputation to hold the position of Heads or Deputy Heads of the execution agency at the military zone level.
* Relief from Duty
The Heads and Deputy Heads of the execution agency shall be relieved from duty in one of the following cases:
- Automatically dismissed upon retirement;- To be transferred, appointed to a new position;- Health insufficient to carry out duties;- Due to organizational changes that do not have the current position's staffing.
* Demotion
The Heads and Deputy Heads of the execution agency shall be demoted in one of the following cases:
- Demoted from the position of Executor;- Violations of the law, military regulations warranting demotion under the management regulations of the military force.
* Rotation
Implement according to the requirements of the Military and the unit.
