The disciplinary handling for proctors and students violating the regulations on examinations and tests under Circular 117/2009/TT-BQP is as follows:
+ For proctors of tests and examinations: Depending on the severity of the violation, if the proctor belongs to the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Military Commander will handle the discipline; if the proctor is from a political school, the Director of the political school will handle the discipline.
+ For students:
- Reprimand and deduct 25% of the test/examination score if violating the following offenses:- Have been warned once for looking at another's paper or exchanging papers with others but still repeat the offense.- Bringing unauthorized materials into the test/exam room but not using them.- Warning and deduct 50% of the test/examination score if violating one of the following offenses:- Exchanging materials or draft papers with others.- Copying another's paper or allowing another to copy their paper (both the copier and the receiver, the one who copies and the one who allows copying will be disciplined).- Using unauthorized materials within or outside the exam room.- Not complying with the management of the proctor.- Suspension from testing/exams (receiving a score of 0) if violating one of the following offenses:- Have been warned once but continue to violate.- Having actions of fighting or threatening the proctor or other students during the test/exam period.
Note: In all cases of the above violations, the proctor must make a report and send it to the Training - Staff Department (if testing or examining a subject) and send it to the Exam Board (if it is a graduation exam). The deduction of exam/test scores and the recommendation for disciplinary actions will be carried out by the Training - Staff Department or the Exam Board.
