Director General Granted Uniform Equivalent to Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

Circular 15 stipulates that the attire of individuals assigned to perform specialized inspection tasks in the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall comply with the regulations on attire for the officials, inspectors, officials, and public employees belonging to state inspection agencies and regulations on policies for managing and distributing attire for inspectors, officials, and public employees working at state inspection agencies, as well as the following regulations:

- Directors General and Directors under the Ministry of Industry and Trade are provided attire, shoulder straps, and ranks equivalent to Deputy Chief Inspectors of the Ministry. The deputies of the heads of agencies assigned to perform the specialized inspection function under the Ministry of Industry and Trade are provided attire, shoulder straps, and ranks equivalent to Heads of Departments of the Ministry Inspectorate;- Heads, deputies of heads of advisory departments, those assigned to perform specialized inspection tasks appointed to hold leadership positions of departments and equivalent under Directorates and Departments are provided attire, shoulder straps, and ranks equivalent to Deputy Heads of Departments under the Ministry Inspectorate;- Individuals assigned to perform specialized inspection tasks without holding management leadership positions are provided attire similar to Inspectors.

Additionally, Circular 15 also stipulates that individuals assigned to perform specialized inspection tasks under market management agencies shall use the attire of the market management force.
