Determining the Method of Sending and Receiving Periodic Reports within the Scope of Management of the Ministry of Construction

The method for sending and receiving periodic reports within the scope of state management by the Ministry of Construction is stipulated in the following two cases:

- In cases where there is a specialized report software system, the method for sending and receiving reports is carried out through the specialized software system;- In other cases, the report is presented in paper form and sent by one of the following methods: direct submission, Fax, postal service; concurrently, an electronic document is sent to the email address of the receiving agency.

Regarding the time for closing report data in periodic reporting policies, it is implemented according to the regulations in Article 12 of Decree 09/2019/ND-CP dated January 24, 2019, of the Government of Vietnam, stipulating the reporting policies of state administrative agencies.

The deadline for submitting periodic reports is implemented following Circular 02/2019/TT-BXD as follows:

- Monthly periodic report: from the 16th to the 25th of the reporting month;- Quarterly periodic report: from the 16th to the 25th of the last month of the quarter;- Semi-annual periodic reports: from June 16 to June 25 and from December 16 to December 25 of the reporting period;- Annual periodic report: from December 16 to December 25 of the reporting period.

For complex reports that require compilation through multiple intermediary agencies, the deadline for submitting periodic reports is as follows:

- The deadline for submitting periodic reports of the commune-level People's Committee to the district-level People's Committee, Department of Construction, is no later than the 16th of the last month of the reporting period;- The deadline for submitting periodic reports of the district-level People's Committee to the Department of Construction, provincial-level People's Committee, is no later than the 18th of the last month of the reporting period;- The deadline for submitting periodic reports of specialized construction management departments, Department of Construction, provincial-level People's Committees, ministries, and central authorities to the Ministry of Construction is no later than the 20th of the last month of the reporting period.
