Determining Land Type, Economic Region, and Urban Type in Constructing the Land Price Framework

This is one of the steps within the land price frame construction process as regulated in Circular 69/2017/TT-BTNMT issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, outlining the process of constructing and adjusting the land price frame.

Article 6 Circular 69/2017/TT-BTNMT provides guidance on determining the type of land, economic zones, and types of urban areas in the construction of land price frameworks as follows:

- Collecting documents on determining the type of land, type of commune (plains, midlands, mountainous areas), types of urban areas (special urban areas, urban areas from Type I to V), and investigation points by economic region in the construction of land price frameworks.- Determination of land types and economic zones in the construction of land price frameworks

- Review current regulations on land types in the construction of land price frameworks and land price lists; economic zones in the construction of land price frameworks;- Review the land types in the construction of land price lists for each province; economic zones in the construction of land price frameworks;- Determine land types and economic zones in the construction of land price frameworks.- Determination of commune types in the construction of land price frameworks

- Review current regulations on the classification of communes in the construction of land price frameworks and land price lists;- Review commune types in the construction of land price lists for each province in each economic zone;- Determine commune types for each province in each economic zone.- Determination of urban types in the construction of land price frameworks

- Determine the minimum and maximum prices in the land price lists for each type of land according to each investigation province.- Summarize the minimum and maximum prices in the land price lists for each type of land according to the investigation provinces.- Determine the investigation points.

- Determining land positions for investigation:

- Determine the minimum and maximum prices in the land price lists for each type of land according to each investigation point.- Summarize the minimum and maximum prices in the land price lists for each type of land according to the investigation points.- Determine the land positions for investigation.
