- Fresh food, easily spoiled, difficult to preserve;- Flammable and explosive goods (gasoline, oil, liquefied gas, and other flammable and explosive substances);- Medicines, veterinary drugs, and plant protection drugs with a shelf life of less than 60 days according to the expiration date indicated on the packaging and labels;- Processed food and other goods with a shelf life of less than 30 days according to the expiration date indicated on the packaging and labels;- Seasonal goods (seasonal consumer goods, goods serving holidays, and festivals), high-end electronics (tablets, smartphones), and other goods and items that, if not handled immediately after the detention or confiscation decision, will deteriorate, become unsellable, or expire.
Additionally, Circular 173 also stipulates the handling methods for perishable administrative violation exhibits:
- Destruction for goods and items that are damaged and no longer have use value.- Direct sale (without auction), except for cases that must be destroyed.
