Details on Wage Management of Viettel Group

the Government of Vietnam promulgates Decree 121/2016/ND-CP to pilot the management of labor and wages for the Viettel Group during the period 2016 - 2020.

The management of salaries at the Military Telecommunications Group is regulated by Decree 121/2016/ND-CP as follows:

- The parent company - Military Telecommunications Group is assigned to stabilize the salary unit price for the period 2016-2020 based on the average salary unit price implemented during the period 2011-2015, provided it meets all the following conditions: successfully completing the national defense and security tasks assigned by the Communist Party and the State; paying the state budget as regulated; the annual realized profit must be at least 3% higher than the realized profit of the preceding year...- The salary of the enterprise manager is included in the salary unit price and the actual salary fund of the parent company - Military Telecommunications Group.- When determining the actual salary fund, the parent company - Military Telecommunications Group excludes objective factors that affect profit and actual labor productivity compared to the profit and actual labor productivity of the preceding year, including: performing national defense and security tasks; State price adjustments; corporate income tax incentives; increase or decrease of state capital...
