Roadways

- 100% of the district road kilometers managed by the district ensure convenient year-round automobile travel and connect to the administrative centers of the communes in the area; the proportion of district road surfaces which are asphalted or cement-concreted reaches 100%.- The technical grade of district roads meets the standards according to TCVN 4054:2005; the grade of district roads is suited to the approved planning.- The system of bridges and culverts on district roads is constructed solidly and complies with the grade of planning roads.- 100% of district road kilometers managed by the district are maintained annually.

Waterways: Inland waterways managed by the local authority are equipped with signaling systems to ensure safety and convenience for vehicles to travel. Inland waterway ports serving passenger and cargo transportation must meet safety conditions and be licensed for operation.

Transport: The bus terminal in the district center at least meets grade 4; arrangement of stops and parking places at the centers of the communes along national highways, provincial roads, and district roads that have public passenger transport routes according to the planning.
