Details of the Proposal Process for Science and Technology Tasks

The procedure for proposing science and technology tasks is detailed in Circular 01/2016/TT-UBDT as follows:

- Organizations and individuals outside the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs submit science and technology task proposals to the Science and Technology Task Management Unit of the Committee;- Organizations and individuals within the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs submit science and technology task proposals to their direct management units for compilation;- The units compile the science and technology task proposals and send them to the Science and Technology Task Management Unit of the Committee in the specified format; in case the unit has a Science Council, they must collect the opinions of the Science Council before sending them to the Science and Technology Task Management Unit of the Committee. The proposals are arranged in order of priority based on urgency and feasibility of the tasks;- The Science and Technology Task Management Unit of the Committee compiles and reviews the list of science and technology tasks proposed by organizations and individuals and the list of tasks directly proposed by the Committee's leaders according to each research field group, and present them to the Minister, Chairman for review and decision on the list of tasks to be put forward for the Science and Technology Task Advisory Council's opinion.
