Details of the Proposal Dossier for Ministerial-level Science and Technology Tasks

On December 28, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular 37/2016/TT-BCT amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 50/2014/TT-BCT regulating the management of science and technology tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

According to the provisions of Circular 37/2016/TT-BCT, annually, based on the provisions of Article 10 of this Circular, organizations and individuals shall prepare and submit the proposal dossiers for ministerial-level science and technology tasks to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The proposal dossiers include:

- The document proposing the ministerial-level science and technology tasks;- The list of proposed science and technology tasks. In the case of proposing 02 or more tasks within the same type, they must be arranged in the order of priority based on the urgency and feasibility of the tasks;- The proposal form corresponding to each type of science and technology task.

The submission of dossiers shall be carried out by the following methods:

- By postal mail;- Direct submission at the Ministry of Industry and Trade's office;- Through the Ministry of Industry and Trade's science and technology management system.
