Details of the List of Restricted Aviation Security Documents

On March 29, 2019, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular 13/2019/TT-BGTVT detailing the Aviation Security Program and the quality control of aviation security in Vietnam.

According to the provisions of Circular 13/2019/TT-BGTVT, restricted aviation security documents include the following:

- Security programs, aviation security regulations approved and accepted by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;- Recommendations, notifications, inspections, testing, investigations, surveys, risk assessments concerning aviation security, and records of security breaches in aviation that have not been publicly disclosed;- Coordination regulations, cooperative agreements on aviation security between aviation industry agencies and units with relevant agencies and units;- Aviation security documents from ICAO or provided by foreign entities that ICAO and the foreign entities determine to be restricted documents;- Other documents and materials on aviation security that the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam identifies as restricted documents.
