According to the provisions of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP, the layout diagram of the components for the copied documents in paper format is presented as follows:

In which, the layout positions of the form components are:

1	:	Form of copy: "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY", "EXTRACTED COPY", or "ABSTRACT COPY"
2	:	Name of the copying agency or organization
3	:	Number, symbol of the copy
4	:	Location and date, month, year of the copy
5a, 5b, 5c	:	Position, name, and signature of the authorized person
6	:	Seal of the agency or organization
7	:	Recipients

* The paper format presentation of the copied document is illustrated in Appendix III of this Decree.

Additionally, Circular 30 stipulates that the copy into electronic format follows three forms: "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY", "EXTRACTED COPY", or "ABSTRACT COPY".

Standards for digitized documents: Portable Document Format (.pdf), version 1.4 or higher; Color image; Minimum resolution: 200 dpi; Digitization ratio: 100%.

The form of digital signature of the agency or organization on the electronic format copy is presented in the top right corner, first page of the document, as shown in box No. 14, Section IV, Part I of this Appendix; does not display the digital signature image of the agency or organization; the form of the copy, name of the copying agency or organization, signing time (date, month, year; hour, minute, second; Vietnam time zone according to ISO 8601 standard) is presented in Times New Roman font, lowercase letters, upright style, font size 10, black color.
