Decree 17: Time Limit, Sequence, and Procedures for Diplomatic Inspection

The content is detailed in Decree 17/2014/ND-CP stipulating the organization and operation of Diplomatic Inspectorate.

The duration, sequence, and procedures for the operation of the Foreign Affairs Inspectorate are regulated by Decree 17/2014/ND-CP as follows:

- The duration of the Foreign Affairs Inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of the Inspection Law, Article 16, and Article 30 of Decree 07/2012/ND-CP and guiding documents.- Inspection activities conducted by the Ministry Inspectorate and Department Inspectorate are implemented following the provisions of the Inspection Law; Decree 86/2011/ND-CP dated September 22, 2011 of the Government of Vietnam detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Inspection Law; Decree 07/2012/ND-CP.- The sequence and procedures for specialized inspection activities in the field related to overseas Vietnamese affairs are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Inspection Law and Decree 07/2012/ND-CP.- Inspection activities conducted by inspectors and specialized inspection officials independently are carried out by the provisions of Decree 07/2012/ND-CP.
