Decree 13/2014/ND-CP: Five Conditions for Training of National Defense and Security Education Teachers

The higher education institutions, schools of the People's Armed Forces that meet the conditions stipulated in Decree 13/2014/ND-CP shall be considered by the Ministry of Education and Training to open training programs for teachers and lecturers in national defense and security education:

- Have a core teaching staff responsible for teaching at least 70% of the training program volume, including at least one lecturer with a doctoral degree and three lecturers with a master's degree in the registered field.- Have a training program for teachers and lecturers in national defense and security education issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.- Have the premises, infrastructure, lecture halls, training fields, practice grounds, specialized classrooms, and facilities to ensure teaching, learning, training, and centralized living according to the military lifestyle for students.- Have a library, information search rooms, software, and equipment for borrowing and searching for documents; have sufficient information sources: books, textbooks, lectures of courses/subjects, related documents, and domestic and international journals to meet the training requirements for teachers and lecturers in national defense and security education.- Have a specialized management unit to meet the professional management requirements of higher education training activities for teachers and lecturers in national defense and security education.
