Decree 12/ND-CP: Adjust administrative boundaries, establish commune under Thot Not District (Illustration)

Decree 12/ND-CP stipulates the adjustment of administrative boundaries and the establishment of a commune under Thot Not District as follows:

- Establish Vinh Binh Commune under Thot Not District based on the adjustment of 1,095.67 hectares of natural area and 3,191 inhabitants from Thoi Thuan Commune; 857.84 hectares of natural area and 4,038 inhabitants from Trung Nhut Commune.

Vinh Binh Commune has 1,953.51 hectares of natural area and 7,229 inhabitants.

Administrative boundaries of Vinh Binh Commune: East borders with Thoi Thuan Commune and Trung Nhut Commune; West borders with Vinh Thanh District; South borders with Trung An Commune and Vinh Thanh District; North borders with Thuan An Commune and Vinh Thanh District.

- Adjust the entire 1,953.51 hectares of natural area and 7,229 inhabitants of Vinh Binh Commune, Thot Not District to be managed by Vinh Thanh District.- Adjust 201.85 hectares of natural area and 1,047 inhabitants of Trung Hung Commune, Vinh Thanh District to be managed by Trung Thanh Commune, Thot Not District.

Trung Thanh Commune has 2,399.56 hectares of natural area and 18,063 inhabitants.

- Adjust 1,197.90 hectares of natural area and 11,116 inhabitants of Trung An Commune, Thot Not District to be managed by Co Do District.- Adjust the entire 2,399.56 hectares of natural area and 18,063 inhabitants of Trung Thanh Commune, Thot Not District to be managed by Co Do District.
