Recently, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs signed and issued Circular 15/2019/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating policies on statistical reporting in the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sector.
Policies on statistical reporting in the Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs sector aim to collect statistical information within the system of statistical indicators of the Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs sector as promulgated in Circular 01/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated February 27, 2018. To be specific, the content of statistical reports and report forms are regulated in Circular 15/2019/TT-BLDTBXH as follows:

- The report forms are detailed in Appendix 01 issued with Circular 15.- The report content must be fully filled in according to the guidelines stipulated in Appendix 02 issued with Circular 15.
In addition, Circular 15/2019/TT-BLDTBXH also regulates the reporting period, reporting date, and the form of statistical reports as follows:
Firstly, regarding the reporting period: It is one year, counting from January 01 to December 31 of the reporting year.
Secondly, regarding the reporting date:
- The Departments of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the provinces and centrally run cities must send the reports no later than January 15 of the following year according to the postmark (unless otherwise specified by the report form).- The General Departments, Departments, Divisions, Inspectorate of the Ministry must compile statistical information and send it to the Planning - Finance Department and the Information Center no later than January 31 of the following year.
Thirdly, regarding the form of reports:
- Reports must be prepared in both written form and electronic data files in Excel spreadsheet format.- Written reports must bear the signature and seal of the head of the reporting unit.- The Planning - Finance Department shall preside and coordinate with the Information Center and related units to apply information technology in collecting, updating, reporting, and storing periodic statistical report data.
