Deadline for Evaluation and Acceptance of Projects under the Rural and Mountainous Program

The timeframe for organizing the evaluation and acceptance of projects managed by the Central group and locally authorized projects under the Program to Support the Application and Transfer of Scientific and Technological Advances for the Socio-economic Development of Rural and Mountainous Areas for the period 2011 – 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Mountainous Rural Program) is specified in Article 7 of Circular 02/2013/TT-BKHCN, as follows:

- No later than 15 days before the completion of the project implementation contract, the managing agency and the project leader must organize the evaluation of the model implementation results. For models with a seasonal nature, the evaluation of the model implementation results must be conducted immediately after the end of the season or no later than 15 days after the end of the season.- No later than 30 days from the end date of the contract, the managing agency and the project leader must complete the provincial acceptance dossier and submit it to the Department of Science and Technology. The provincial project evaluation and acceptance must be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the valid evaluation dossier.- No later than 45 days from the date of provincial acceptance, the managing agency and the project leader must complete the national acceptance dossier and submit it to the Office of the Mountainous Rural Program. The national project evaluation and acceptance must be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the valid national evaluation dossier.
