Database on Housing and Real Estate Market: What does it include?

According to Decree 117/2015/ND-CP, the database on housing and real estate market is a collection of basic information and data on housing and the real estate market that has been collected, checked, evaluated, processed, digitized, integrated, and systematically and organizationally stored in the form of data files on information systems, storage devices, and media for updating, managing, and exploiting using information technology systems to serve state management, economic, social activities, and other legitimate purposes.

This Decree stipulates that the database on housing and real estate market includes:

- The database on national housing and real estate market: This is a collection of comprehensive information and data on housing and the real estate market nationwide from local housing and real estate market databases, information provided by ministries and sectors, and from national housing survey programs.

In which:

+ The database on national housing and real estate market is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Construction for its development, storage, and management.

+ The content of the database on national housing and real estate market is specifically stipulated in Article 7 of this Decree;

- The database on local housing and real estate market: This includes all basic information and data on housing and the real estate market collected within provinces and cities under central authority.

In which:

+ The database on local housing and real estate market is under the responsibility of the local Departments of Construction as assigned by the People's Committees of provinces and cities under central authority (hereinafter referred to as provincial People’s Committees) for its development, storage, and management.

+ The content of the database on local housing and real estate market is specifically stipulated in Article 8 of this Decree.
