- The Head of the Department of Education and Training presides over the assessment of the head of the preschool education institution according to the authority;- The Director of the Department of Education and Training presides over the assessment of the head of the affiliated preschool education institution according to the authority;- The heads of other units preside over the assessment of the heads of their affiliated preschool education institutions.
