Current Rates of Civil Judgment Execution Fees

According to the provisions of Circular 216/2016/TT-BTC, the person subject to the execution of civil judgments must pay civil judgment execution fees as follows:

- The amount of money, the value of assets actually received from more than two times the statutory pay rate for officials and public employees and armed forces as prescribed by the State to VND 5,000,000,000, the civil judgment execution fee is 3% of the amount of money, the value of assets actually received;- The amount of money, the value of assets actually received from more than VND 5,000,000,000 to VND 7,000,000,000, the civil judgment execution fee is VND 150,000,000 plus 2% of the amount of money, the value of assets actually received exceeding VND 5,000,000,000;- The amount of money, the value of assets actually received from more than VND 7,000,000,000 to VND 10,000,000,000, the civil judgment execution fee is VND 190,000,000 plus 1% of the amount of money, the value of assets actually received exceeding VND 7,000,000,000;- The amount of money, the value of assets actually received from more than VND 10,000,000,000 to VND 15,000,000,000, the civil judgment execution fee is VND 220,000,000 plus 0.5% of the amount of money, the value of assets actually received exceeding VND 10,000,000,000;- The amount of money, the value of assets actually received over VND 15,000,000,000, the civil judgment execution fee is VND 245,000,000 plus 0.01% of the amount of money, the value of assets actually received exceeding VND 15,000,000,000.
