Criteria to obtain the Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam

According to Article 21 of the Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, the “Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction” is considered and awarded to exemplary collectives that well abide by the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State up to the standards specified in Article 72 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2003 of Vietnam and Article 39 of the Decree No. 91/2017/NĐ-CP, meeting one of the following criteria:

- Having excellent achievements commented on in emulation movements launched by the Minister of Construction;

- Having achieved extraordinary achievements, having influence in each field of the Construction industry;

- Having 02 or more consecutive years of excellently completing tasks right before the year of commendation; internal solidarity, well implement democracy regulations at the grassroots; well organize emulation movements; take care of the material and spiritual life in the collective; thrift practice; fulfill all obligations to the State and regimes and policies towards employees;

Besides, the “Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction” is considered and awarded to exemplary individuals that well abide by the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State up to the standards specified in Article 39 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2003 of Vietnam and Article 39 of the Decree No. 91/2017/NĐ-CP, meeting one of the following criteria:

- Having excellent achievements to be commented on in emulation movements launched annually by the Minister of Construction;

- Having made many achievements (or extraordinary achievements), having influence in one of the fields of the Construction industry;

- Having 02 or more consecutive years of excellently completing the tasks right before the year of commendation, during which time, 02 scientific initiatives and topics have been recognized and effectively applied within the grassroots level.

Moreover, the “Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction” is considered and awarded to workers and employees that well abide by the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State meeting one of the following criteria:

- Having made many achievements in labor and production, having influence in agencies and units;

-bWorkers and employees have initiatives and solutions that bring high value benefits and have influence within the agency or unit.

Note: The “Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction” is considered and awarded to collectives and individuals outside the construction industry that have many achievements, contributions and practical and effective support to the development of the construction industry approved by competent authorities. The “Diploma of Merit of the Minister of Construction” is considered and awarded to exemplary families that well abide by the guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State, making many contributions to the development of the construction industry. Other commendation cases decided by the Minister of Construction of Vietnam.
