Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:

On March 1, 2024, the Prime Minister issued Decision 211/QD-TTg amending the criteria and targets of the National Criteria Set for New Rural Communes, the National Criteria Set for New Rural Communes, the National Criteria Set for New Rural Districts, and the National Criteria Set on newly improved rural districts for the period 2021–2025; adding criteria for specific new rural districts without commune-level administrative units for the period 2021–2025.

Special new rural districts without commune-level administrative units from March 1, 2024, must meet the following standards:

(1) The satisfaction rate of people in the area with the district's new rural construction results reached 90% or more.

 

(2) Meets the criteria for a specific new rural district without a commune-level administrative unit in the period 2021–2025, including:
