Council for Emulation and Commendation of the Ministry of Health not exceeding 17 members

To be specific, each level of commendation and emulation will have different Councils of Commendation and Emulation. For the Ministry level, the Council of Commendation and Emulation shall have no more than 17 members, specifically:

- Chairman of the Council: Minister of Health;- 02 Vice-Chairmen of the Council: Deputy Minister in charge of commendation and emulation affairs, Director of the Department of Communication and Commendation and Emulation;- Members of the Council include heads of departments and organizations: Inspectorate of the Ministry, Office of the Ministry, Department of Personnel Organization, Department of Legal Affairs, Department of Science, Technology and Training, Chairperson of the Vietnam Medical Union, and other members;- Duties and powers of the Council are prescribed in Clause 3, Article 62 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP and the decision of the Minister on the establishment of the Council. The working regulations of the Council are issued by the Minister of Health.
