- The Inspectorate of the Ministry provides guidance on specialized inspection operations in science and technology for the Directorate, Departments, Department Inspectorates, Provincial Inspectorates, and Sub-Departments.- The Directorate, Departments, and Department Inspectorates carry out the directives on work and provide guidance on specialized inspection operations in science and technology from the Ministry Inspectorate; support the Ministry Inspectorate in guiding specialized inspection operations in science and technology for the Provincial Inspectorates and Sub-Departments; cooperate with the Provincial Inspectorates and Sub-Departments when conducting specialized inspections within their assigned authority.- The Provincial Inspectorates implement the guidance on specialized inspection operations in science and technology from the Ministry Inspectorate; assign personnel to participate in the coordination of specialized inspections in science and technology with the Ministry Inspectorate, Directorate, Departments, and Department Inspectorates when requested.- Within the scope of their duties and powers, agencies performing scientific and technological inspection functions are responsible for cooperating with other relevant agencies to carry out inspection duties to prevent, detect, and handle violations of the law in the field of science and technology.- The Sub-Departments are responsible for implementing the guidance on specialized inspection operations in science and technology from the Ministry Inspectorate, Provincial Inspectorates, and Directorate; assigning personnel to participate in the coordination of specialized inspections in science and technology with the Ministry Inspectorate, Directorate, Departments, Department Inspectorates, and Provincial Inspectorates when requested.
