Article 25 Circular 20/2014/TT-BQP stipulates the assurance of coordination in air traffic operations of the Vietnam Aviation Club as follows:

- The air traffic operations of the Vietnam Aviation Club are primarily conducted at some military aerodromes, reserve aerodromes, and makeshift aerodromes within the nationwide military aerodrome system and some locations permitted by the General Staff and local authorities; the activity process does not affect the operations of the military, civil aviation, and ground activities.

- The Vietnam Aviation Club operating at any aerodrome must comply with the flight regulations in that aerodrome area. When operating at an aerodrome with military or civil aviation units stationed, the commander or manager of that aerodrome shall chair the coordination, assigning specific tasks for coordinating the management of flight activities to ensure air safety and ground security. The Vietnam Aviation Club may affiliate and cooperate with local agencies and units to organize activities.

- When organizing activities, the Vietnam Aviation Club is allowed to coordinate and use the facilities ensuring the operations of military aviation there, including logistical and technical facilities, navigation systems, communication, meteorological data, and search and rescue equipment.
