Coordination for Land Records Inspection between the District-Level Land Registration Office and the Commune People's Committee

During the process in which the Commune People's Committee conducts inspections and verifies registration dossiers of households, individuals, and community residents, the District Land Use Rights Registration Office needs to coordinate the following tasks at the commune level as stipulated in Circular 30/2013/TT-BTNMT:

- Coordinate with the Commune People's Committee to jointly inspect the completeness, clarity, and consistency of the received registration dossiers; classify registration dossiers to serve the verification and confirmation by the Commune People's Committee and the approval for granting Certificates by the District People's Committee, including:- Registration dossiers for the initial issuance of Certificates, categorized by different land use origins;- Dossiers for re-issuance of Certificates;- Land change registration dossiers, categorized by different types of changes.- Guide the Commune People's Committee in the verification and confirmation of registration dossiers of households, individuals, and community residents according to land law for each type of administrative procedure.- Check the confirmation results of the Commune People's Committee for each registration dossier of households, individuals, and community residents immediately after confirmation.- Determine the conditions for issuing Certificates, conditions for land change registration, and properties attached to land and record the opinions of the District Land Use Rights Registration Office in each registration dossier according to the authority's regulations for each type of administrative procedure.
