When arranging labor, it is necessary to base on the health standards prescribed for each type of job.
Employees must undergo a health examination before recruitment and periodic health checks according to the prescribed policies.
Those working under hazardous conditions are entitled to physical compensation and preferential policies on working hours and rest periods as prescribed by law.
Workers in environments with toxic or infectious agents must undergo detoxification, decontamination, and personal hygiene measures as prescribed by the Ministry of Health after working hours.
Disabled persons due to occupational accidents or occupational diseases, if they continue to work, shall be arranged a suitable job based on the health assessment conclusion of the Medical Assessment Council.
Female workers shall not be employed in heavy, hazardous jobs or jobs involving direct exposure to toxic chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, and rodenticides adversely affecting their reproductive and childcare functions. Persons under 18 years of age shall not be employed in jobs detrimental to their physical and intellectual development.
