Contents of the inspection plan for 2023 of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam

The content mentioned in Decision 909/QD-BNV in 2022 approving the inspection plan in 2023 of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam.

1. The Ministry Inspectorate shall assume the prime responsibility for conducting administrative and specialized inspections, specifically as follows:

**First quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of public employees; appointing management officers; promoted to the professional title of public employee at the Vietnam News Agency.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Lao Cai province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Ha Nam province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; clerical and archival work at the People's Committee of Lai Chau province.

**Second quarter of 2023

- To inspect the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants and public employees; appointing leading and managerial civil servants and officials; promoted to the professional title of public employee at Vietnam Social Insurance.- Inspecting

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of public employees; appointing management officers; retirement for public employees at Hanoi National University.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Phu Yen province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; clerical and archival work at the People's Committee of Tien Giang province.

**Third quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; appointing leading and managerial civil servants at the General Department of State Reserve, the Ministry of Finance.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of public employees; appointing management officers; Retirement for public employees at the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appoint leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Soc Trang province. 

**Fourth quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; appointment of civil servants to lead, manage, and sign labor contracts to do professional work at the General Department of Market Management, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on recruitment of civil servants; accepting the position of civil servant; appointing leading and managerial civil servants; raising the rank of civil servant at the People's Committee of Cao Bang province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on anti-corruption work at the Institute of State Organizational Sciences, the Ministry of Home Affairs.

2. The Central Committee for Emulation and Commendation shall assume the prime responsibility for conducting specialized inspections on emulation and commendation work in Vietnam, specifically as follows:

**First quarter of 2023

Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation work at the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province.

**Second quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation work at the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation at the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises.

**Third quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation at Hai Phong City People's Committee.

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation work at the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

**Fourth quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation work at the People's Committee of Long An province.

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on emulation and commendation work at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

3. The Government Committee for Religious Affairs shall assume the prime responsibility for conducting specialized inspections on belief and religion work, specifically as follows:

**First quarter of 2023

Inspecting the implementation of the law on belief and religion at the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

**Second quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on belief and religion work at the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on belief and religion work at the People's Committee of Quang Binh province.

**Third quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of the law on belief and religion at the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.

- Inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the law on belief and religion at the People's Committee of Lang Son province.

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on belief and religion work at the People's Committee of Yen Bai province.

**Fourth quarter of 2023

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on belief and religion work at the People's Committee of Dak Nong province.

- Inspecting the implementation of legal provisions on belief and religion work at the People's Committee of Kien Giang province.
