Contents of requirements for reporting administrative procedure control and implementing the single-window system in Vietnam

Recently, the Government Office of Vietnam issued Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP regarding regulations on periodic reporting policies and the management, utilization, and exploitation of the Information and Reporting System of the Government Office of Vietnam.

Contents of requirements for reporting administrative procedure control and implementing the single-window system in Vietnam (Illustrative Image)

In Article 10 Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP, the regulations on the content requirements for reporting administrative procedure control work, implementing the single-window system and interconnected single-window system in resolving administrative procedures, and performing administrative procedures in an electronic environment in Vietnam include the situation and results of the following tasks:

- Assessment of the impact of administrative procedures prescribed in the draft legal normative document;

- Appraisal, verification of administrative procedures prescribed in the draft legal normative document;

- Announcement, public disclosure of administrative procedures, list of administrative procedures;

- Review, simplification of administrative procedures;

- Receipt, processing of feedback, and recommendations on regulations and administrative procedures;

- Resolution of administrative procedures;

- Implementation of the single-window system and interconnected single-window systems in resolving administrative procedures;

- Execution of administrative procedures in an electronic environment;

- Media support for administrative procedure control activities;

- Research, propose initiatives for administrative procedure reform;

- Inspection of administrative procedure control implementation;

- Difficulties, obstacles, and proposals, recommendations.

Additionally, the frequency of reporting is Quarterly I, Quarterly II, Quarterly III, and annually.

More details can be found in Circular 01/2020/TT-VPCP, which takes effect in Vietnam from December 15, 2020.
