Contents of Policies on Construction Industry Statistical Reports

The content of the policies on statistical reporting in the Construction sector as stipulated by Circular 07 is as follows:

1. System of statistical report forms.

2. Explanation of statistical report forms.

3. The Departments of Construction, Departments of Planning - Architecture of provinces, and centrally run cities are the units responsible for submitting reports.

4. The Ministry of Construction is the agency receiving the reports.

5. Report symbols:- Form No. 01/BCDP: Total number of newly started projects in the area.- Form No. 02/BCDP: Total number of construction permits issued and number of projects violating construction order regulations in the area.- Form No. 03/BCDP: Total number of construction incidents.- Form No. 04/BCDP: Total number of projects approved for acceptance and put into use.- Form No. 05/BCDP: Labor accidents and technical incidents causing labor safety loss during construction.- Form No. 06/BCDP: Quantity and population of urban areas.- Form No. 07/BCDP: Construction planning, urban planning, urban architectural planning management regulations, specific urban design.- Form No. 08/BCDP: Urban land area.- Form No. 09/BCDP: Urban development investment projects.- Form No. 10/BCDP: Current state of urban technical infrastructure.- Form No. 11/BCDP: Number of houses, area of public housing available and in use.- Form No. 12/BCDP: Administrative office buildings of state agencies.- Form No. 13/BCDP: Some major building material products.

6. Statistical reporting periods as specified in the statistical report forms are calculated in accordance with the Gregorian calendar, including:- Semi-annual statistical reports are counted from January 1 to the last day of June of the reporting period.- Annual statistical reports are counted from January 1 to the last day of December of the reporting period.

7. The reporting deadline is specified at the upper left corner of the statistical report form.

8. Statistical reports are submitted in printed format with the signature and seal of the head of the unit and through the electronic reporting system.

Circular 07/2018/TT-BXD takes effect from September 25, 2018, replacing Circular 06/2012/TT-BXD.
