On June 20, 2024, the Minister of Justice issued Decision 1143/QD-BTP guiding the contents and indicators of the criterion “Accessibility of law” in the evaluation of new rural and urban civilization.

Typical model of law dissemination and education

a) Indicators 3, 4, 5 and 6 under Criterion 2 "Access to information, dissemination of legal education" according to the provisions of Decision No. 25/2021/QD-TTg and Circular No. 09/2021 /TT-BTP achieved maximum score

b) Mobilize resources to support law dissemination and education
