Contents Decided by Employees

Decree 149/2018/ND-CP has just been issued by the Government of Vietnam on November 07, 2018, specifying the contents that employees are entitled to decide.

Decree 149 stipulates the following contents that employees will be decided:

- To conclude, negotiate amendments, supplement, and terminate labor contracts according to legal regulations.- To join or not join the representative organization of collective labor at the workplace.- To participate or not participate in a strike following legal regulations.- To vote on the content of collective bargaining agreements reached according to legal regulations; to vote on the content of the Resolution of the Workers' Conference.- Other contents as prescribed by law.
