4. Activities of the Internal Audit Committee under the Board of Directors in the case of a public company operating under the model of an Internal Audit Committee under the Board of Directors;

5. Activities of other subcommittees under the Board of Directors (if any);

6. Supervision results of the Director (General Director);

7. Supervision results of other executives;

8. Future plans.
