Content of the Ceremony to Announce the Results of Identifying Martyr's Remains

The Ministry of Finance issued Circular 148/2015/TT-BTC stipulating the content and expenditure levels for the implementation of the Scheme to identify the remains of martyrs whose information is still missing.

Organizing the ceremony for announcing the returned results of the identification of martyrs' remains by the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs:

- Expenses for organizing the ceremony for the announcement.- Expenses for supporting transportation costs for the relatives of martyrs who come to receive genetic testing results (maximum of 02 people):- In case of using public transportation: Expenses according to the fare of public passenger transportation;- In case of self-organization or hiring a vehicle to receive genetic testing results, support for transportation costs from the place of residence of the martyr’s relatives to the place of the ceremony for the announcement of the identification results of martyrs' remains according to the regulated lump sum;- Expenses for supporting meals (including the day of travel and the day of return) for the relatives of martyrs coming to receive genetic testing results (maximum of 02 people): Maximum support of 150,000 VND/person/day;- In case the relatives of martyrs come to receive two or more genetic testing results at the same announcement ceremony, the support level will be calculated as receiving one genetic testing result according to the regulated rate.
