Content of Radio Frequency Inspection

Accordingly, Circular 02 stipulates that when inspecting radio frequencies, the following contents must be checked:

- Inspecting the records and documents related to the frequency and radio equipment. To be specific:

- License for the use of radio frequency;- Contracts, notice documents for leasing, lending radio equipment; certified copies of radio operator certificates of the lessee, borrower of radio equipment as prescribed;- Records related to the use of radio equipment, inspection certificates (for radio stations belonging to the List of telecommunications equipment and radio stations subject to mandatory inspection), conformity marks affixed on products (for radio stations belonging to the List of information technology and communication products and goods that must be certified and announced as compliant), license registration, payment of frequency fees and charges, radio operator certificates (for persons directly operating maritime mobile radio equipment, amateur radio).

- Measuring and inspecting radio equipment and other devices including:

- Measuring and inspecting technical parameters of radio equipment according to the radio frequency use license and related technical standards: frequency, power, occupied bandwidth, emission method, unwanted emissions, equipment installation location, antenna height, antenna installation location;- Measuring and inspecting electrical, electronic devices, devices using radio waves to determine the cause of harmful interference.
