The content of norms in the management and maintenance of inland waterways in Vietnam is regulated as follows:
1. Material consumption rate:
- It is the quantity of materials (including main materials and auxiliary materials) needed to execute and complete one unit of work volume for maintaining inland waterways. The material consumption rates specified in this norm include material losses during construction.
- Auxiliary materials are calculated as 2% of the value of the main materials.
2. Labor consumption rate:
- It is the number of labor days of direct and supporting workers required to execute the work volume for managing and maintaining inland waterways.
- The number of labor days includes both primary and secondary labor needed to execute and complete the unit of work volume for managing and maintaining inland waterways, from preparation to completion, including site cleanup.
- The worker grade specified in the norm set is the average grade of the workers participating in one unit of managing and maintaining inland waterways.
3. Machinery consumption rate:
- It is the number of shifts using primary machinery, vehicles, and equipment directly (including auxiliary machinery, vehicles, and equipment for support) to complete one unit of work volume for managing and maintaining inland waterways.
