Content, methods of comprehensive inspection, and trial operation of the train carriages in Vietnam

On December 19, 2016, the Ministry of Transport issued Circular 42/2016/TT-BGTVT promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Operation and Maintenance of Urban Railways in Vietnam.
