On November 16, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 23/2017/TT-BCT stipulating the contents and procedures for implementing electricity load adjustment programs.

Note: The national power system dispatching unit and the electricity distribution unit are responsible for assessing the need to implement electricity load adjustment programs for the national power system, regional power systems, and power systems under management.
