Content and Methods of Supporting Innovative Startups

Circular 01/2018/TT-BKHCN has been issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, stipulating the organization and management of the Scheme "Supporting the National Innovation Start-Up Ecosystem through 2025." This is the first Circular detailing this issue.

Innovative startup enterprises will receive support from the State with the following methods and content:

Regarding methods:

- Implemented according to the provisions of Article 20, Section 2, Chapter IV of Decree 39/2018/ND-CP detailing some articles of the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Regarding content:

- Support a portion of the cost for direct labor wages and service usage as stipulated in point c, clause 5, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg;- Support a portion of the cost for providing digital space, online support services; experimental production, sample products, and technology refinement as stipulated in point b, clause 6, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg;- Support a portion of the cost for participating in short-term intensive training courses at reputable business promotion organizations abroad as stipulated in clause 8, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg;- Connect, introduce partners, and support procedures through Vietnamese science and technology representatives, commercial representatives abroad to access foreign markets as stipulated in clause 9, Section III, Article 1 of Decision 844/QD-TTg.
