Content and Format of the Examination for Promotion from Class II Coach to Class III Coach

For the General Knowledge Exam

- Exam Content:- Views and guidelines of the Communist Party, legal policies of the State regarding physical education and sports;- State management of high-performance sports;- Strategic development orientation of the sector on high-performance sports in the current period of international integration;- General theory about the state, state administration, and law regarding public employees in accordance with the standards for the main coach professional title (Grade II);- The knowledge content of the exam on the field of physical education and sports accounts for 60%, and on politics, state management, and public employee law accounts for 40%.

- Exam Format: Written.

- Exam Duration: 180 minutes.

For the Professional Knowledge and Skills Exam

- Exam Content: Aimed at testing and evaluating the level, capacity, and proposal of solutions to existing practical issues related to the standards of the professional titles of the main coach.

- Exam Format: Written.

- Exam Duration: 120 minutes/person.

For the Foreign Language Exam

- Exam Content: Reading comprehension, writing, listening, and interview (conversation) skills at level 2 (A2) according to the standards of the main coach professional title (Grade II) in one of the languages: English, French, Russian, German, Chinese as registered by the public employee.

- Exam Format: Written and interview (conversation).

- Exam Duration: Written 90 minutes and interview (conversation) 15 minutes/person.

For the Information Technology Exam

- Exam Content: Basic information technology skills according to the standards of the main coach professional title (Grade II).

- Exam Format: Multiple choice or practical on a computer.

- Exam Duration: 45 minutes.
