Conditions of the person assigned the task of testing occupational skills for national defense workers in Vietnam

According to Article 22 of the Circular No. 142/2020/TT-BQP of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, conditions of the person assigned to check are prescribed as follows:

1. Based on the number of national defense workers in an examination of vocational skill level and the conditions specified in Clauses 2 and 3 of this Article. The Occupational Skills Examination Council shall decide on the number and list of persons assigned the task of testing the occupational skill level.

2. General conditions:

- Have full capacity for civil acts;

- Satisfy one of the specific conditions specified in Clause 3 of this Article.

3. Specific conditions:

- Check the level of vocational skill level 1, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Possess a certificate of vocational skill level 5 or higher of the corresponding profession;

+ Have a college degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and at least 02 (two) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

- Check the level of vocational skill level 2, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Possess a certificate of vocational skill level 5 or higher of the corresponding profession;

+ Have a college degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 03 (three) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

- Check the level of vocational skill level 3, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 5 of the corresponding occupation and having at least 02 (two) years of continuous working experience in the profession since obtaining such certificate;

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 6 or level 7 of the respective profession;

+ Having a college degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 04 (four) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

+ Having a university degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 03 (three) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

- Check the level of vocational skill level 4, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 5 or higher of the corresponding profession and having at least 03 (three) years of continuous working experience in the profession since obtaining such certificate;

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 6 or level 7 of the respective profession;

+ Having a college degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 05 (five) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

+ Having a university degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 04 (four) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

- Check the level of vocational skill level 5, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 6 of the corresponding profession and having at least 03 (three) years of continuous working experience in the profession;

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 7 of the corresponding profession;

+ Having a college degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 06 (six) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

+ Having a university degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 05 (five) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

- Check the level of vocational skill level 6, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 7 of the corresponding occupation and having at least 03 (three) years of continuous working experience in the profession since obtaining such certificate;

+ Having a university degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 06 (six) years of continuous working experience in the profession.

- Check the level of vocational skill level 7, one of the following conditions must be met:

+ Having a certificate of vocational skill level 7 of the corresponding occupation and having at least 05 (five) years of continuous working experience in the profession since obtaining such certificate;
+ Having a university degree or higher corresponding to the industry or profession and having at least 08 (eight) years of continuous working experience in the profession.
