Conditions for Tourist Transportation Business

Organizations and individuals conducting tourism passenger transport business must meet the following conditions:

- Conditions for transport business;- Technical standards, environmental protection of transport vehicles;- Conditions for vehicle operators, service staff, equipment, and service quality on each type of transport vehicle.

Additionally, organizations and individuals conducting tourism passenger transport business must have obligations:

- Transport tourists according to contracts with travel service businesses and with tourists on appropriate journeys and routes;- Purchase insurance for tourists according to the transport vehicle;- Ensure standards and conditions according to the regulations throughout the exploitation and use of transport vehicles;- Attach tourism passenger transport signage in an easily recognizable place on the transport vehicle.

Tourism passenger transport vehicles with signage are allowed to transport passengers under contract and are given priority in arranging docking, stopping, and parking spots to pick up and drop off tourists at airports, seaports, stations, bus stations, within tourist areas, near tourist attractions, tourist accommodation establishments and are allowed to operate without time restrictions on traffic routes leading to tourist attractions, tourist accommodation establishments, and tourist service supply points according to local government regulations.
