- The public higher education institution has the demand and is authorized by the competent authority to send the candidate for the examination.- Successfully complete their tasks for a continuous period of 03 (three) years up to the deadline for submitting the examination application; assessed by the head of the higher education institution to have sufficient professional ethics and qualities; not in the period of disciplinary action or already notified of the disciplinary review in accordance with the law.- Meet the criteria for the professional title rank they are registering for the examination in accordance with the law.- Currently holding the professional title of lecturer (rank III), code V.07.01.03 for public employees registering to be promoted to the professional title of principal lecturer (rank II), code V.07.01.02; currently holding the professional title of principal lecturer (rank II), code V.07.01.02 for public employees registering to be promoted to the professional title of senior lecturer (rank I), code V.07.01.01.
