Conditions for Receiving "Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam"

Awarding the "Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam" is a form of commendation for individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements, aimed at encouraging and recognizing the efforts and contributions to the movement.

1. “Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam” is awarded to individuals who exemplary comply with the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, and meet one of the following criteria:

- Achieved outstanding and exemplary accomplishments, recognized in the emulation movement;- Has been awarded the Certificate of Merit by ministries and central authorities, provinces, central mass organizations and continuously completed excellent tasks for the next 5 years;- Achieved many accomplishments or sudden achievements with influence at the level of ministries and central authorities, provinces, centrally-run cities, central mass organizations; for workers, farmers, laborers who have achieved many accomplishments in production labor with influence at the district level or equivalent.

2. “Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam” is awarded to collectives that exemplary comply with the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, maintain internal solidarity and meet one of the following criteria:

- Achieved sudden accomplishments, accomplishments with influence at ministries and central authorities, provinces, centrally-run cities, central mass organizations;- Achieved outstanding and exemplary accomplishments, recognized in the emulation movement;- Has been awarded the Certificate of Merit by ministries and central authorities, provinces, central mass organizations and continuously completed excellent tasks for the next 5 years.
